日本东北大学Naoto Todoroki等报道通过引入SnO2(110)中间层能够增强RuO2/Nb-TiO2单晶氧化物异质结催化剂的OER催化活性和稳定性。通过SnO2中间层,使得RuO2/Nb:TiO2(110)在0.5 mA cm-2电流密度计时电位法表征OER进行2 h前后,过电势分别降低25mV和55 mV。
