北京时间10月2日17时45分左右，2018年诺贝尔物理学奖揭晓。美国科学家Arthur Ashkin、Gérard Mourou和加拿大科学家Donna Strickland（女）获得2018年诺贝尔物理学奖 。
值得一提的是，这是诺贝尔物理学奖史上，第三次授予女性科学家。之前获得诺贝尔物理学奖的两位女科学家分别是1903年获奖的玛丽·居里(Marie Curie)，以及1963年获奖的玛丽亚·戈普波特·梅耶尔(Maria Goeppoert Mayer)。
